Keys for Good Health
Diet -
Please try to eat at least 3 times a day with less than 80% full of your stomach. Start with warm food in the morning. If you want to lose weight, you may eat smaller meals many times in a day to keep your metabolism up.

Exercise -
Today, most of us are eating a high calorie diet. It is better to consume calories by exercise. Also, exercise makes your Qi (inner energy) flow and your blood circulation better. Stagnation of this Qi and blood cause lots of problems, typically one example is cancer. Please find good exercise which fits your lifestyle.

Rest -
You need enough rest. Please try to go to bed before 11pm. In Oriental Medicine, 11pm-12am is considered prime sleeping time. Please include this period in your sleeping hours.

Stress -
So not keep it to yourself. Find somebody to share the source of your stress with. Optimism is a key element in preventing stress. It doesn't make you lazy, but helps your mind set, adding to your thinking patterns.

Love -
Love somebody, like your family, your friends, or even your pets. It reflects into your life and shows in your overall health condition.
